Not necessarily. If you choose the Business package, the first year's domain is included. For other packages, we can register your domain for £20/year and manage it on your behalf — or we can connect to a domain you already own. Either way, we handle the technical setup.
Typically 5–7 working days from when we receive your content (logo, photos, text). The main variable is how quickly you can get us that material. If you need help writing copy, we can do that too for a small additional fee.
Our sites are hand-coded, which means there's no CMS dashboard to log into — and that's actually a good thing. No plugins to break, no updates to manage, no security vulnerabilities. For any content changes — new photos, updated prices, revised text — just send us a WhatsApp or email and we'll turn it around same day. Most updates take under 20 minutes and are charged at £35/hour, which in practice means most jobs cost £10–£15. Many clients find this easier and cheaper than managing a CMS themselves.
Every package includes at least one round of revisions. The Business package includes two. Before we start building, we agree on colours, style, and layout so there are no surprises. We've never had a client who wasn't happy with the result.
Wix and Squarespace cost £15–£35 per month forever — that's £180–£420 per year, plus you're locked into their platform. Our sites are a one-off cost, load faster, look more professional, and you own the code outright. After two years you've already saved money.
Yes — we work with businesses across Dorset and Hampshire. Everything is handled remotely after the initial call, so location is no barrier. That said, we know Bournemouth particularly well and are always happy to meet local clients in person.
